Marketing drives how our customers and partners experience Danfoss across Asia Pacific — and this role helps make that happen. As a Marketing Trainee / Student Worker, you'll turn technical topics into clear, engaging content that supports real campaigns and events across the region. Working closely with the APAC Marketing Communications Manager in Malaysia, you'll take ownership of meaningful tasks from day one — helping sales teams and partners connect with the right message, on brand and on time. In your first year, you'll build a portfolio of real marketing deliverables and develop practical skills that set the foundation for a career in B2B marketing communications.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and adapt marketing content — social media posts, presentations, and visual briefs — to strengthen brand consistency across the region.
- Coordinate campaign and event logistics (exhibitions, webinars, partner activities) to keep assets, timelines, and follow-ups on track.
- Organize and maintain shared marketing materials and trackers to improve team efficiency and content reuse.
- Compile simple performance snapshots from campaigns or events and summarize key learnings to support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage comfortably with stakeholders and clients in Taiwan.
- Well organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow through independently.
- Basic working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Curiosity about B2B marketing, digital communication, and events — a willingness to learn matters more than prior experience.
