As our Master Data Expert & Business Analyst, Procurement you’ll play a key role in combining analytical skills, master data expertise, and project management to strengthen procurement processes.
You’ll ensure high-quality procurement data, deliver actionable insights, and support Procurement Controllers with KPI tracking and analysis. Your work will improve decision-making, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable procurement practices across divisions and business units.
You’ll collaborate with Controllers, Supplier Responsible teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, taking ownership of procurement master data governance, analysis, and improvement projects—helping us move toward a more structured, efficient, and data-driven future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead analysis of DPS delivery and quality metrics (PPM, OPM, OTD) to support performance improvement.
- Follow up on raw materials, including price vs. index analysis, completeness checks, and update reviews.
- Extract and analyze SAP transactions & Business warehouse for forecast quantities, material master fields, and inforecord prices.
- Conduct analysis of payment terms development, excluded materials, and offset processes.
- Own procurement master data governance: creation, maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of vendor master, info-records, source lists, and material master data.
- Align roles and responsibilities for data governance, coordinate structural changes, and communicate updates.
- Design and implement improvement areas based on root cause analysis, including training material preparation and rollout.
- Run procurement data improvement projects across all DPS divisions and business units.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of business experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong expertise in procurement master data, SAP purchasing transactions, and MDG.
- Advanced Excel skills for handling very large datasets; Power BI basics (queries, refreshing, error resolution) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage tasks/projects, and deliver high-quality data on time.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, structured, and committed to exceeding expectations with a mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration.
