In this role, you help ensure that our customers experience smooth, accurate, and reliable service from the very first interaction. High‑quality master data is the foundation of everything we deliver, and your work directly supports business continuity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You will be a trusted partner to Customer Care and Sales, enabling correct order entry, invoicing, and deliveries across Europe. Your attention to detail and structured approach help Danfoss operate efficiently while meeting complex business and tax requirements.
By contributing to continuous improvement and data quality, you help Danfoss focus on what matters most: engineering solutions that enable the world to use energy more efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, maintain, and update customer master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business and tax rules
- Verify customer information using external sources (e.g. VAT validation) to ensure high data quality and reliability
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives and Account Managers to support quote‑to‑cash processes
- Set up and manage output conditions for invoices, orders, and delivery documents to ensure timely and correct customer communication
- Support continuous improvement by updating standard work, tracking KPIs, and escalating issues when needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service, master data, or administrative roles, ideally in an international environment
- Confidence working with SAP and Microsoft tools (especially Excel) in a structured, detail‑oriented way
- Active English communication skills and native Slovak language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to make independent, sound decisions
- A collaborative mindset with clear, professional communication and a proactive approach
