The Impact You'll Make
As our Material Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted material flow to support production continuity and meet customer demand through effective coordination across the SIOP process and the wider organization.
Strengthening supply reliability by identifying and mitigating potential supply risks, optimizing inventory levels, and enabling efficient production planning. Your work will ensure smoother operations, improved service levels, and better alignment between supply chain planning and business objectives.
You’ll collaborate with SIOP, procurement, production, supply chain, and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of material planning, supply risk management, data analysis, and inventory optimization, helping us move toward a more efficient and resilient supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead material planning activities to ensure timely availability of inbound materials and uninterrupted supply for production.

Support internal stakeholders including production, warehouse, and customer service teams by managing inventory levels, expediting orders, and providing accurate delivery commitments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SIOP, logistics, procurement, and production to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth material flow.

Use your analytical and planning skills to monitor inventory, develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity, and maintain accurate master data including ECN updates.

Continuously identify supply risks, implement mitigation actions, and improve planning processes to strengthen supply chain efficiency and operational reliability.
What We're Looking For

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering with 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, or production planning roles.

Experience in supply chain planning, material planning, and inventory management, with a strong ability to ensure continuity of supply and optimize inventory levels.

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven planning decisions.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
