What You’ll Be Doing
- Own mechanical designs end‑to‑end, from early concept to production release, ensuring high quality and manufacturability.
- Develop and improve spool valve components and part families, driving performance, reliability, compliance, and cost improvements.
- Create and maintain 3D and 2D designs, calculations, and simulations, delivering production‑ready solutions together with manufacturing and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely across functions and locations, contributing actively to an agile team and successful product releases.
- Drive engineering changes and continuous improvement, reducing time to market through pragmatic and well‑thought‑out solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, combined with practical engineering experience gained through projects, internships, student jobs, or professional roles.
- A proactive, self‑driven mindset, with the willingness to take ownership, think independently, and actively contribute ideas to improve products and ways of working.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow, with a genuine interest in building deep technical expertise over time in mechanical design and hydraulics.
- Solid knowledge of metal materials, casting and machining technologies, and fluid hydraulics, supported by hands‑on exposure.
- Professional English skills; Danish is desirable, or you bring a strong drive to develop your language skills as part of your long‑term growth.
