Your work will directly influence the quality, efficiency, and reliability of moulds and equipment that serves customers worldwide.
Working alongside a team of skilled colleagues, you’ll take ownership of production moulds for injection moulding of plastic parts, ensuring every tool meets the exact needs of our manufacturing processes.

Here, ideas turn into action. You’ll see the impact of your work every day – from smoother production runs to stronger supplier partnerships – and you’ll be part of a culture where your technical insight shapes the future of our products.

This is your chance to combine hands-on Tooling moulds engineering with strategic problem-solving in a factory that’s constantly evolving. If you’re motivated by teamwork, innovation, and seeing the results of your work on the production floor, you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Update and improve tool designs to boost performance, extend lifespan, and adapt to new product requirements
  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of over 300 different tools, making sure changes are integrated seamlessly into production and quality processes
  • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance - Develope and implement maintenance schedules to prevent mould and equipment failures, including lubrication and component replacement
  • Collaborate occasionally with colleagues in our metal‑working departments to share knowledge and align on tool projects, while keeping your main focus on plastic tooling

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in toolmaking for plastic injection moulding, with the ability to design and develop tooling and process concepts.
  • Confidence in moving seamlessly between technical design work (e.g., CAD) and hands‑on problem‑solving directly on the production line
  • Familiarity with documentation & Compliance e.g. maintaining detailed logs of maintenance activities, safety documentations and performing risk assessments
  • Experience with automated production technology and working on production machines in relation to implementing projects.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, solution focused mindset and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels
  • Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written) and the ability to work independently while contributing to both short term and long term projects
