The Impact You'll Make
You will lead the day‑to‑day execution of two scroll compressor assembly lines that power HVAC solutions used around the world. Your leadership will directly shape safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency in a high‑impact manufacturing environment.
By building a strong, people‑first culture on the production floor, you will help teams work safely, solve problems faster, and deliver products customers can rely on. Your decisions will influence performance across washing, welding, assembly, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead daily operations across two compressor assembly lines to achieve on‑time delivery, stable flow, and consistent output.
Create a zero‑incident safety culture by identifying risks early, reinforcing safe behaviors, and ensuring full compliance with standards.
Drive quality at the source by partnering with Quality and Engineering to prevent defects and improve first‑pass yield.
Solve problems at the root using structured methods to eliminate recurring safety, quality, delivery, or efficiency losses.
Develop and engage people by coaching engineers, supervisors, and operators to grow skills, ownership, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For

Experience leading manufacturing or assembly operations with direct responsibility for people and daily production results.

Strong working knowledge of safety systems, quality standards, and production planning in a shop‑floor environment.

Proven ability to apply structured problem‑solving and continuous improvement methods in real operations.

Confidence collaborating across functions in a matrix organization to align priorities and remove barriers.

Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish and English in a manufacturing setting.
