As our Factory Operations Manager, you’ll play the central role in steering our factory towards operational excellence, championing world-class safety, quality, and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop our crew of assemblers and workshop staff to deliver on daily production goals and long-term growth.
• Support our customers by ensuring all products meet stringent quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to manage inventory levels and ensure materials are always available to meet customer demand.
• Use your skills in continuous improvement and change management to enhance safety, boost efficiency, and drive down costs.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we operate, innovate, and serve our customers.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive tangible results.
• Proficiency in HSE regulations, production planning, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with management and supply chain partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in capacity planning and inventory management.
• A mindset of continuous improvement, with a relentless focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
