What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, empowering them to identify challenges and drive improvements in their daily work.
- Take full ownership of your department’s performance, ensuring your team consistently meets its goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using root cause problem-solving to eliminate waste and make our processes more efficient.
- Drive the creation and improvement of standardized work and 5S initiatives to build a safe, organized, and effective workplace.
- Build your team by interviewing, selecting, and training new members, and support their ongoing growth through clear, consistent feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or leader in a manufacturing environment.
- A strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement tools, and root cause problem-solving.
- A natural ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team, with a genuine passion for developing people.
- A commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive team culture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.
