We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Representative to join our plant in Annemasse.

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor and communicate order fulfillment indicators (OTD) and propose improvements to optimize efficiency.

Manage customer requests received through the customer service team and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product availability.

Ensure product availability in collaboration with planning and production teams.

Track delivery timelines and anticipate potential delays.

Use SAP for order, inventory, and shipment management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of order processing workflows.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (Bac +2 / Bac +3) in logistics or equivalent proven experience.

5 to 10 years of logistics experience in various roles involving customer interaction or customer service.

C1 level proficiency in French and English.
