What You’ll Be Doing
As an Order Fulfillment Representative, you will have the opportunity to:
- Orchestrate the entire order lifecycle, from accurate entry and processing to on-time shipment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Serve as a central communication hub, collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to proactively resolve issues and keep orders on track.
- Act as a trusted partner for our customers, providing clear, timely updates on order status, shipment ETAs, and recovery plans.
- Drive customer success by leading quarterly business reviews, presenting performance data, and aligning actions for continuous improvement.
- Champion process improvements by identifying gaps in our workflow and suggesting enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/TMS systems and a strong understanding of fulfillment workflows.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present data and support customer-facing business reviews.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in the US, without sponsoship, both now and in the future.
