As our Order Handling Specialist in Supply chain, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience in a global environment, ensuring that customer orders are managed accurately and efficiently from entry to fulfillment.
Your impact? Customers receive dependable, prompt, and professional service, sales processes run smoothly, and internal teams can rely on correct data and seamless collaboration. Your work directly supports business continuity and strengthens long-term customer relationships.
You’ll collaborate with sales, supply chain and external partners, taking ownership of order handling processes in SAP, helping us move toward a more efficient, customer-focused, and data-driven way of working.
Position is located in Vaasa, Finland
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead order handling activities by entering, monitoring, and maintaining customer orders in SAP with high accuracy.
- Support global customers and internal stakeholders by ensuring correct order information and managing special customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to secure smooth customer service and sales processes.
- Use your skills in customer service, system usage, and communication to improve order flow, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we serve customers and develop our order handling processes.
What We're Looking For
- A commercial or business-related education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a global and multicultural environment.
- Fluent English and at least working-level Finnish communication skills.
- An initiative-taking mindset with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer focus
