Responsible for Danfoss converter process improvement, employee training to continuously achieve the safety, quality and productivity targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Continual improve production process
• Draft and update documents, such as SOP, PFMEA and control plan,etc
• Measure CT, calculate capacity
• Provide training for blue collars to ensure competence skills to meet customer demand
• Implement DPP and IATF16949
• Execute kaizen and improve productivity continually

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrinics or industrial engineering are preferred
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• At least 3 years experience in production or industrial engineering
• Familiar with quality control and lean production
• Have some learning about TS16949
