The Impact You'll Make

 

As an Inbound Logistics Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely flow of materials to our manufacturing operations. Your work will have a direct impact on production continuity, component availability, and the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Your impact? Through effective delivery planning, close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and data-driven decision-making, you will help minimize material shortages and support the delivery of customer commitments.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, Customer Service teams, and suppliers, contributing to the development of an efficient and resilient supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Planning and monitoring inbound material deliveries to ensure availability in line with production requirements.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, Procurement, and Material Management teams to secure order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
  • Analyzing inventory levels, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing logistics-related data in SAP and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics processes and supply chain performance.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in material planning, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with data.
  • Very good Polish language skills and communicative English, enabling collaboration in an international environment.
