Danfoss is proud to be at the forefront of driving a global transformation in digital and electric solutions that increase productivity and energy efficiency.  We are truly passionate about investment, and innovation, as we continue to support our customers' journey towards a greener and lower-carbon future.

We now have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a Portfolio Manager within Danfoss Power Solutions’ Systems & Services team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next growth engine for system solutions and engineering services. You will define, communicate, and maintain a competitive and scalable solutions and services portfolio roadmap that reflects market trends, customer needs, technology feasibility, and cross‑organizational priorities.

Your work will accelerate time‑to‑market through strategic partnerships, strengthen alignment across CCS, the Controls Division, and other divisions, and transform customer demand into repeatable, profitable offerings. This role is central to building clarity, reducing internal friction, and enabling proactive sales engagement as Systems & Services becomes the natural single point of contact for system solution and service opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain the solutions and services portfolio strategy and roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and technology feasibility.

  • Drive cross‑divisional alignment and maintain a DPS‑level subsystem and solution portfolio map to guide decisions and enable sales.

  • Build and manage a partner ecosystem to close capability gaps and accelerate speed to market.

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial offerings, including a structured services menu and sales enablement materials.

  • Support the launch and lifecycle of productized offerings that contribute to EBIT and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and delivery teams to refine offerings, standardize learnings, and shape a consistent customer engagement flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Develop and maintain the solutions and services portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, technology feasibility, and divisional plans.

  • Drive portfolio alignment and stakeholder buy‑in across CCS, the Controls Division, and other divisions, including shaping and maintaining a DPS‑level subsystem and solution portfolio map.

  • Build and manage a network of digital solutions and service partners to close capability gaps and accelerate speed to market.

  • Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial offerings, including a structured services menu and sales enablement materials.

  • Support the launch and lifecycle management of productized offerings that contribute to EBIT and revenue targets.

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to keep the portfolio plan current, actionable, and informed by real customer opportunities and delivery learnings.

  • Refine solution and service packaging—especially system integration services, compliance services, and reusable solution building blocks—based on customer engagements.

  • Lead partner discovery and evaluation using structured build‑versus‑buy thinking to shorten time to market.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to capture patterns, standardize best practices, and convert learnings into scalable offerings.

  • Help shape a consistent customer engagement flow from early engagement and pre‑study through delivery, maintenance, and upgrade pathways.

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
