We offer an exciting opportunity to join our  Electric Heating organization in the role of Pricing Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in protecting profitability, shaping pricing strategies across markets, and actively supporting sales and customer service teams in a complex, international environment. You will have exposure to multiple markets and closely cooperate with senior stakeholders.

 

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Protect and improve profitability through structured and disciplined pricing governance.
  • Coordinate and execute API & EPI price increases, managing the full end-to-end process including alignment with markets, communication and implementation.
  • Lead List Price coordination and setup upon request from Sales Teams or Customer Service.
  • Manage special order and OEM pricing, ensuring alignment with margin targets and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate new product pricing, setting up prices for all markets in close cooperation with Product Management, Sales, and Markets
  • Support project pricing and quote tools – including revision, optimization, and re-launch in selected markets

 

Equally important will be to:  

  • Partner closely with Sales Heads, Country Heads, and Customer Service to ensure pricing consistency and transparency.
  • Provide pricing input for key customer negotiations and strategic projects.
  • Monitor and report on NPD pricing performance, including post-launch reviews.
  • Deliver ad hoc pricing analyses to support management decisions.
  • Prepare regular pricing insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses for stakeholders.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in pricing, commercial finance, or sales controlling, preferably in an international B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience working with pricing tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel (Power BI or similar tools are an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of price increases, list pricing, project pricing, and margin management.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with pricing or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product management, marketing, and customer service.
  • Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and support business decisions.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
