As our Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes – enabling smarter production, reducing waste, and supporting sustainable industrial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive process improvement, cost-reduction, and new product introduction (NPI) initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Assist assembly and production lines, supporting troubleshooting of failures, line stoppages, scrap, and non-conformities.
- Conduct time studies, production line balancing, and mapping of value streams (VSM) to optimize workflows and standard times.
- Define and review plant layouts, ensuring ergonomics, safety, internal logistics, and efficient production flows.
- Specify and monitor the acquisition of machinery and equipment (CAPEX), creating and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with maintenance to develop preventive and predictive plans for new processes and equipment, and assist in failure analysis using RCM, RCA, and 5 Whys methodologies.
