What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead manufacturing process improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline goals.
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing cells, collaborating with equipment suppliers to select and integrate the best tooling and machinery.
  • Apply your expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles to analyze and streamline production workflows, eliminating waste and boosting productivity.
  • Utilize innovative technologies like Augmented and Virtual Reality to visualize and validate new machine designs and cell layouts before implementation.
  • Act as a key technical problem-solver on the production floor, working directly with our teams to resolve process challenges and ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role, preferably supporting machining operations, finishing operations and semi-automated assembly
  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies (such as Value Stream Mapping, 8D, FMEA, or SMED).
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (such as NX, AutoCAD, or Inventor) and familiarity with PLM systems like Teamcenter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with everyone from production teams to senior management.
