The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on experience in high-volume automated assembly lines. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring robust production performance. You will collaborate closely with equipment suppliers, maintenance teams, and global peers to deliver high-quality sensor products efficiently and reliably.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate and optimize high-volume automated assembly lines, ensuring efficiency and stable production performance.
  • Apply expertise in manufacturing processes including die bonding, wire bonding, soldering (IPC 610A), laser welding, and laser marking.
  • Utilize production systems such as SAP (ERP) and MES / Line Management Systems to monitor and control operations.
  • Drive root cause analysis to improve equipment OEE and sensor performance, collaborating with suppliers and maintenance teams.
  • Lead process improvement and qualification activities (MSA, FMEA, Control Plans), manage new product introductions (NPI), and collaborate with global Process, R&D, and Lab teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-volume automated assembly lines, with hands-on knowledge of processes such as glueing, wire bonding, soldering, laser welding, and laser marking.
  • Experience with production systems, including ERP (SAP) and MES / Line Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with quality and process methodologies such as MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans, working in cross-functional and global teams.
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken
