What You’ll Be Doing
Process Management & Documentation
• Maintain and optimize automatic production lines and assembly processes.
• Create, update, and manage key process documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans (CP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and checklists.
• Monitor production line quality, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and workflows.
• Control and improve process capability; plan, implement, and optimize Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
Equipment Setup & Maintenance Leadership
• Lead the setup and validation of new machines and production lines.
• Guide the maintenance team in developing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives across the production line.
Quality, Problem Solving & Training
• Handle abnormal issues on the production line promptly and effectively.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaints and product audit failures, and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Design and deliver operator training programs, and manage certification processes to ensure competency.
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related majors.
• Proficient in automation equipment, PLC programming, and standard industrial components.
• 10+ years of experience in Electrical and electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience in process engineering, NPI, and Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or above preferred) to deliver measurable process improvements.
• Highly skilled in CAD/CAM tools, ERP/MES systems, and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
• Familiarity with manufacturing digitalization and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with global teams and local shop floor staff.
• Solid understanding of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management systems and Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies(IPC-A-610)
