The Impact You'll Make
How do you turn digital tools into real value for the people who use them every day?
As Digitalization Process Manager, you will shape how Indirect Procurement works in a global organization. Your role is central to ensuring that digital tools and processes truly support business needs and make everyday work easier for users and stakeholders.
You will connect strategy, systems, and people. By translating business needs into clear system requirements, you enable smarter, more efficient procurement processes and support Danfoss’ digitalization journey across functions and regions.
You will join a collaborative and inclusive environment where your ideas matter, and where you have the opportunity to grow professionally within procurement, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the system knowledge owner for selected indirect procurement tools, ensuring correct configuration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into system requirements, and secure alignment.
- Support digitalization initiatives, including testing, enhancements, user support, and clear documentation, while ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistent processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional dialogue, connecting procurement, business, and external partners.
- Drive workshops, gather input, and ensure clear communication about system changes, impacts, and benefits.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Experience in an international business environment, with the ability to engage stakeholders across organizational levels
- Good understanding of business processes and how digital systems support them
- Ability to communicate system-related topics clearly and in a user-friendly way in English, making information accessible for all stakeholders
- Curious and structured mindset, motivated to support digital solutions and improve processes
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
