We are currently seeking a proactive Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team for minimum 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in science, engineering, or commerce to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process within a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing components required for manufacturing processes,
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards,
- Supporting the procurement team in maintaining accurate records and documentation,
- Assisting with inventory management and tracking of stock levels,
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand requirements and provide procurement insights.
What We're Looking For
- Preferably fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field,
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment,
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the procurement field,
- English language proficiency is required.
