Danfoss is expanding its European procurement structures in Grodzisk Mazowiecki and is therefore looking for Procurement Specialist. You will be responsible for daily support of the Indirect purchasing processes as well as supplier negotiations and tender collection, and act as a link between the strategic procurement approach and daily operation’s needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Being responsible for Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process.
- Following up with users, suppliers, and analyzing their behaviors.
- Inquiring on financial documents.
- Performing catalogue and system updates based on analysis of purchasing behaviors.
- Implementing digital solutions.
- Carrying out and supporting Danfoss sourcing strategies.
- Cooperating with colleagues from different countries.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration or similar.
- Experience in Operational Purchasing, Logistics, Customer service or Finance (AP, AR).
- Fluent level of English, knowledge of other foreign languages would be a strong asset.
- Experience in working with procurement systems will be an advantage.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to details.
- Knowledge of SAP/SAP Ariba.
