The Impact You'll Make
As our Product Application Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative hydraulic solutions and helping customers select the right valves and pumps to solve complex technical challenges. Enabling customers to design more efficient and reliable mobile hydraulic systems by identifying best-fit products and customized solutions from one of the industry’s most extensive portfolios.
You’ll collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams and take ownership of technical application support and solution development, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead technical solution development to deliver best-fit hydraulic valve and pump applications for customer requirements.

Support customers and internal stakeholders by providing expert guidance, technical troubleshooting, and application support for hydraulic systems.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams on developing value propositions and delivering application-specific solutions.

Use your skills in hydraulic systems and product application engineering to contribute to product customization, validation, and root cause analysis.

Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we innovate and deliver reliable hydraulic solutions to our customers.
What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) or equivalent industry experience, with knowledge of hydraulic systems including spool valves, cartridge valves, and open-circuit pump systems.

Proficiency in hydraulic components, validation testing, and failure/root cause analysis; familiarity with CAN-based communication systems and PLUS+1® software is an advantage.

Ability to work well in collaborative, cross-functional teams while also driving tasks independently in a structured, process-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with global teams and support customer interactions; additional languages are a plus.
