Responsible for new product development,existing products supporting and localization projects supporting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with global engineering for new product development, including 3D/2D creation, design calculation, DFMEA, tolerance stack-up, BOM creation, PVPR testing, etc.
- Lead the design review with global engineering experts.
- Support/lead cross-functional problem-solving activities to address customer field failures.
- Support for localization projects, including material and heat treatment definition,3D/2D updating, PMR for manufacturability, PVPR for qualification test plan, PPAP involvement for production releasing.
- Manage daily product maintenance, handle requests for new option expansion, maintain BOM and VC data, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hydraulic industry.
- Solid professional expertise in hydraulic piston pumps and motors.
- Familiarity with PLM, SAP and UG is preferred
- Good communication skills, quick learning ability and good team spirit.
