What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and execute complex engineering initiatives, supporting existing products, including technical support, cost reduction, and product dispositions.
- Apply advanced engineering tools and industry best practices to solve technical challenges and guide product decisions.
- Serve as a technical leader across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective execution.
- Facilitate new product introductions and support product engineering change management activities.
- Design products, develop test plans, analyze performance data, and deliver clear, conclusive technical reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or another Engineering discipline.
- Extensive experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong proficiency in advanced problem-solving tools, engineering analysis, and technical communication.
- Experience leading complex engineering projects and mentoring peers.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong technical communication skills.
