The Impact You'll Make
As the Product Expert, you’ll provide superior technical service and support on Thermostatic Expansion valves (TXV) to all internal (i.e. sales, marketing, applications) and external customers and lead product support activities (i.e. product issues, CRS, CC, samples) and secure quality and timing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide superior product support to all key internal customers (i.e. sales, marketing, applications) and external customers via Phone, Email, TEAMS or other channels as required
- Take ownership of product issues and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve product issues
- Escalate unresolved product or product related issues to the appropriate internal function or team
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to stakeholders/customers
- In cooperation with Product Managers, support requests for new product variants and product change requests (CRS/CC)
- Coordinate customer samples
- Develop and deliver training courses to internal personnel and external customers as needed
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor degree of Engineering
- Language: English & Chinese, fluent in speaking and writing
- Experience with product support and/or refrigeration industry
- Team player
