As Product Manager, APA Data Center, you will drive the growth and performance of assigned product lines by translating market needs into actionable strategies across Asia Pacific.
You’ll work at the intersection of customer insight, commercial strategy, and product lifecycle management—partnering with global teams, sales, and engineering to deliver solutions that meet evolving data center demands. From shaping go-to-market plans to driving new product initiatives, your work will directly influence revenue growth, product profitability, and market share.

Success in this role means delivering sustained year-on-year growth, improving product line profitability, successfully launching new products, and building strong market positioning through data-driven decisions and customer-centric strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive product growth and lifecycle strategy by supporting regional execution of product plans, pricing strategies, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Translate market insights into action by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to shape product roadmaps and business cases.
- Own and grow opportunity pipelines in partnership with sales, converting market opportunities into new business wins.
- Lead cross-functional execution by working with global Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver go-to-market initiatives and New Product Development/Current Product Engineering projects.
- Optimize product performance by managing forecasts, profitability, inventory, and commercialization activities to ensure sustainable business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the data center, cooling, or related technical industries (e.g., hose & fittings, fluid conveyance).
- Exposure to new product development (NPD), portfolio management, or commercialization strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, or similar analytics/CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial performance to drive decisions.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams in a regional or global environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear strategies and influence stakeholders.
