We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support our Controllers division in the Mobile Off-Highway market segment. This role will optimize product performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and maximize profitable growth while adapting to market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated, and driven with a Global Mindset and excellent communication skills. This role will include domestic and international travel up to 25%. The salary range for this role is 125-150K based on experience and product knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Ability to optimize product performance, maintain customer satisfaction, and maximize profitable growth while adapting to market dynamics. Strategic, long-term vision capability and experience.
• Strategic decisions on which products should be discontinued or improved to optimize overall portfolio performance.
• Identifying which products are more profitable and which are less, and support informed decisions on resource allocation.
• Team working and strong cooperation with the Portfolio Managers and Coordination Board.
• Customer, application and market insight in the Mobile Off-Highway market segment.
• Ability to extend the lifecycle of products in the market through updates, new features, or marketing strategies in alignment with Portfolio Managers.
• Efficiency in making decisions about how to handle declining products, including discontinuation or replacement, accountable for customer communication (PLCN).
What We're Looking For
Required (basic) qualifications
• Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering +10 years experience in electronics
Preferred qualifications
• Master Degree Electrical Engineering, +10 years experience in off highway electronics business
• Knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office, SAP - Business Intelligence, Salesforce).
