Are you ready to shape the future of electrification? As a Product Owner (m/f/d) in our power conversion team in Vaasa, Tampere or Helsinki, you will drive the development of next‑generation solutions that enable cleaner energy systems around the world.
 
You’ll work closely with experts developing cutting‑edge power semiconductors and taking products through demanding compliance and grid code certifications. Your work will directly support technologies such as battery energy storage, electrolyzers and other high‑impact power conversion applications.
 
By keeping the roadmap sharp, priorities clear and collaboration smooth, you ensure we deliver world‑class products that help our customers accelerate the green transition.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high‑quality power conversion features and improvements
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements that guide the development team toward impactful outcomes
  • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement to drive focus, transparency, and continuous learning
  • Align technical direction with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, procurement and marketing
  • Support sales and application teams by explaining product capabilities and helping customers understand key use cases

What We're Looking For

 

  • Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering field
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, ideally including power electronics, inverters and power conversion systems
  • Ability and experience to lead product development activities in a collaborative, agile environment
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent English skills, Finnish is a plus
