What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high‑quality power conversion features and improvements
- Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements that guide the development team toward impactful outcomes
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement to drive focus, transparency, and continuous learning
- Align technical direction with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, procurement and marketing
- Support sales and application teams by explaining product capabilities and helping customers understand key use cases
What We're Looking For
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering field
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, ideally including power electronics, inverters and power conversion systems
- Ability and experience to lead product development activities in a collaborative, agile environment
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent English skills, Finnish is a plus
