The Impact You'll Make
As our Product Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a key role in Drives China Division. By deep insight into the needs and changing trends of Chinese AQUA customers, you will continuously enhances the market competitiveness of products by defining, developing new products and upgrading existing products, with the goal of reaching the first or second position in the industry by 2030. You will maximize the product revenue of AQUA market by optimizing the product portfolio and meticulously managing the entire product lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Investigate market requirements, analyze customer pain points and gain insights into vertical trends, and perform competitor analysis on vertical landscape
- Define product market positioning (including pricing strategy) and value proposition, and plan product portfolio and roadmap
- Drive new product business planning, new product development and continuous product improvement as product owner
- Monitor product quality status and take necessary action as part of MQG, and lead product phase-out and conversion
- Serve as product interface for AQUA cross-functional team and provide product support for related business growth
- Actively communicate and exchange with oversea counterparts, share knowledge, and maximize the synergy effect
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, motor, water & wastewater engineering, automation or relevant area.
• More than 3 years working experience in AC drive applications.
• Skill in developing customer insights, extracting customer pain points and generating product requirements.
• Experience in product roadmap and portfolio planning desired.
• Strategic thinking and business mindset, with commitment for responsibility, teamwork and self-motivation.
• Good at communication, interaction, and collaboration (cross-function and across borders).
• English can be used as working language.
