The Impact You'll Make
Join us as Product Sales Manager – Thermoplastics & Connectors (m/f/d)! We preferably look for someone based in Baden-Baden, but we are also open to talents working remotely within EMEA.
You will be a key growth driver for Danfoss’ Thermoplastics & Connectors value stream across EMEA, helping expand our footprint with OEM and distribution customers. This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying new applications, mapping the market, and converting opportunities into revenue.
Sitting within the Specialty Business Unit, you will act as a bridge between customers, sales teams, and the BU, bringing strong product knowledge and commercial insight into every interaction. Your work will directly influence how our solutions are positioned, sold, and valued in the market.
As part of a globally expanding team, you will shape how Danfoss grows this portfolio long-term—combining technical expertise with commercial drive to create sustainable impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth for Thermoplastics & Connectors across EMEA by actively hunting for new applications, projects, and customers.
- Map the market to identify growth pockets, key players, and competitive dynamics, turning insights into concrete opportunities.
- Work alongside Account Managers by joining customer visits, supporting OEM and distribution engagements, and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Act as the product expert by advising customers on applications, performance, and value, strengthening trust and decision-making.
- Connect the market to the BU by sharing customer feedback, competitive insights, and opportunity signals to support portfolio and strategy decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Solid commercial and technical experience in fluid conveyance, hydraulics, thermoplastics, connectors, or related products.
- Background in sales, product management, or business development, ideally gained with a distributor, OEM, or competitor in the market.
- Proven hunter mindset with the ability to proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities.
- Confidence working with customers and sales teams across different countries and cultures in EMEA.
- Professional English skills and willingness to travel across the region (around 25% initially, less over time); valid driver’s license required.
