You’ll help ensure that Danfoss refrigeration and heat-pump products work safely, reliably, and as intended according to specifications, before they reach customers around the world. Your work in the Product Testing Laboratory directly supports innovation, quality, and energy-efficient solutions.
In this role, you turn ideas into proven performance. By testing real products on real systems, you give development teams the confidence to move fast and make the right design choices.
You’ll join a close-knit laboratory team in Nordborg, where hands-on engineering, curiosity, and collaboration drive continuous improvement—and where your technical input truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Plan and execute product tests on refrigeration and heat-pump systems, ensuring reliable data that supports product development decisions.
· Translate test specifications into practical and functional tests, including data acquisition, analysis, and clear documentation of results.
· Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing, acting as a trusted technical sparring partner.
· Build, maintain, and optimize test setups and equipment, improving test methods and laboratory efficiency.
· Ensure stable, high-quality test execution in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
What We're Looking For
· Experience and strong interest in refrigeration systems.
· A technical background as an engineer, cooling technician, craftsman, or similar, with a clear hands-on mindset.
· Craftsmanship and passion for hand-building and improving test setups, with solid understanding of mechanics, electronics, and technical details.
· A structured, self-driven way of working, with ownership from planning to final documented results.
· Comfortable communicating in Danish and English, written and spoken.
