Take ownership of a highly automated CNC machining production area in Danfoss Silkeborg, where your work directly shapes the quality and reliability of products trusted by customers worldwide. You’ll play a key role in producing our iconic radiator thermostats and valves with precision and consistency.
You will ensure our machining processes run efficiently, safely, and with the highest level of quality. By combining hands-on problem solving with structured improvements, you help secure stable operations and enable continuous production performance.
Working alongside a skilled and collaborative team, you’ll contribute to a manufacturing environment that is constantly evolving—where your ideas and technical expertise make a tangible difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and optimize CNC machining processes and support equipment to ensure reliable performance and high product quality
• Troubleshoot production challenges on the shop floor to reduce downtime and maintain stable operations
• Strengthen quality processes using structured methods such as APQP, PFMEA, and control plans for robust validation
• Implement new products and tooling to ensure smooth and well-documented integration into production
• Drive continuous improvements with colleagues to increase efficiency, capacity, and cost performance
What We're Looking For
• A technical background in production, machining, or engineering with a focus on process optimization
• Ability to combine technical development with hands-on problem solving in a production environment
• Experience with CNC machining and automated production, including robotics, PLCs, or CAD/CAM tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written)
