You will join Danfoss High Pressure Pumps – Process Technology, where your ideas, initiative, and technical and production insight help shape the future of our assembly and test processes. This is a role where your input matters, and where improvement is driven by collaboration, not hierarchy.

 

You will become part of a dynamic team of five Production Engineers who share knowledge, support each other, and take pride in delivering strong results together—while maintaining a healthy and engaging work environment.

 

The Department

 

In Process Technology, we have the responsibility of the production technology for the High Pressure Pumps operation – from in-house machining to assembly and testing of the finished product. Your primary focus area will be assembly and testing, where you will play a central role in the production technology development. In the coming years, we face several major projects, including replacement and upgrading of production equipment as well as the implementation of new products. This gives you a unique opportunity to influence the development and optimize our production processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive production engineering development within your part of assembly and test, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement
  • Play a key role in qualifying and implementing new or changed products, from introduction to full production
  • Lead or contribute to investment projects (CAPEX), including equipment upgrades and new production solutions
  • Create and maintain work instructions and measurement instructions (SOPs) that support quality and efficiency
  • Solve technical challenges using structured problem-solving (RCPS) and ensure documentation in line with IATF 16949,
  • Create and maintaining production data in SAP

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in engineering or another relevant technical background within production, mechanics, or manufacturing
  • Experience from a production environment, including daily operations and production data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management (e.g. CAPEX projects), from planning to implementation
  • Experience with problem-solving methods (RCPS) and quality standards such as ISO / IATF 16949
  • Familiarity with SAP in a production setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both Danish and English, written and spoken
