The Impact You'll Make
As Production Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing how we produce high-quality drives at Danfoss, one of Denmark’s largest electronics manufacturers. Our production setup combines high automation, short lead times, and customer-specific solutions, and your work will directly influence performance, quality, and reliability.
In this role, you will join a skilled team of 13 production engineers responsible for production technologies, processes, and new product introduction (NPI). You will work hands-on with modern equipment such as robots, AGVs, and intelligent tools, helping ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive continuous improvement of production processes, methods, and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency
- Own and support smaller projects while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, including NPI activities
- Develop and maintain production documentation such as SOPs, flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems, including robots and AGVs
- Implement preventive actions and improvement initiatives that support team and business goals
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Production Engineering or a related field, with experience in process optimization, quality improvement, or Lean methodologies
- Strong understanding of automated production environments; Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) is a plus
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to analyze problems and implement practical solutions
- A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and drive results
- Willingness to work mainly on-site in Gråsten and be located within reasonable commuting distance
- Fluency in English and Danish (both written and spoken)
