The Impact You'll Make

As a Production Engineer at our Tuchom site, you will be responsible for supervising and developing production processes.

Our production covers prefabrication, assembly, painting, insulation, electrical works, and quality control areas. Your responsibilities may span the entire production process — from the initial stages of assembly through to final quality inspection and packaging.

Your role will be essential in ensuring process stability, workplace safety, high product quality, and continuous operational improvement. In addition, you will have a real impact on advancing automation and digitalization within our production environment, working with modern technologies and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and optimize production processes

• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions

• Support production in daily operational challenges

• Participate in improvement, investment, and automation projects

• Collaborate closely with key departments across the organization, including Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse

• Create and update technical and process documentation

• Analyze process performance in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency

• Support prefabrication, assembly, painting, insulation, electrical, and quality control areas

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional who:

• Holds a technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field)

• Has experience in a manufacturing environment

• Is able to work with electrical and/or hydraulic schematics

• SEP certification is an advantage

• Knowledge of district heating systems and related technical solutions is considered a plus

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Is self-driven, well-organized, and collaborative

• Has a good command of English enabling technical communication
