The Impact You'll Make
Danfoss is seeking a 1st Shift Production Inspector in Van Wert, OH. As a Production Inspector, you will validate incoming and existing inventory products to ensure the product flow remains free of supplier defects. This role maintains a consistent objective while offering varied daily responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Part validation using various gauges. Organizing and maintaining the workspace.
- Enhancing efficiency and refining processes.
- Developing or applying a keen sense of observation and expertise with gauges to identify defects that bypassed the production process.
- Collaborating within the team structure to elevate the quality of supplied products.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently without continuous supervision or direction.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Adaptability to shift focus to alternative tasks to meet critical production demands.
- Capability to acquire measurement techniques and operate relevant devices.
- Develop competencies that reduce the necessity for supervision.
