The Impact You'll Make

As Production Planner, you play a key role in keeping our promises to customers in a fast-growing business. Your work ensures the right parts are available at the right time — supporting strong delivery performance and a smooth customer experience.

You become part of a skilled and supportive planning team where collaboration matters. By turning demand into realistic production plans, you help balance capacity, materials, and customer needs in a complex manufacturing setup.

Every decision you make strengthens reliability, flow, and performance across machining, spare parts, and accessories — creating visible impact every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and manage production in machining and spare parts to secure part availability and reliable order confirmations
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Customer Service, and Supply teams to align demand, materials, and capacity
  • Release and manage production orders based on material availability and capacity constraints
  • Identify risks early and adjust plans to minimize delays, shortages, and disruptions
  • Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, data quality, and cross-functional execution

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in production planning or supply chain, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong SAP experience (OneERP) and Business Warehouse / Business Intelligence
  • Advanced Excel skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Danish and English, with the confidence to collaborate and make decisions under pressure

What You'll Get from Us

  1. We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  2. You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  3. We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  4. You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
