The Impact You'll Make

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their products on time while keeping production running smoothly? As our new Production Planner in Nordborg, you’ll turn complex data and demand patterns into clear, reliable plans that create real value for both customers and colleagues.
You’ll be the vital link between planning, production, logistics, and customer service—balancing efficiency with the flexibility our manufacturing operations require. Your work helps production flow seamlessly while inventories stay at the right level, supporting reliability and stability across the value chain.
You’ll join a supportive Supply Chain team within Danfoss Climate Solutions, where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. If you enjoy creating structure, solving challenges, and enabling others to succeed, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

•    Plan and coordinate production so customer orders are delivered on time and resources are used effectively.
•    Balance supply and demand with colleagues in Inbound Logistics, Customer Service, and Fulfillment to secure a smooth and predictable production flow.
•    Monitor and control inventories of raw materials, semi finished goods, and finished products to maintain optimal stock levels.
•    Release and follow up on production orders so productivity and daily flow stay on track.
•    Analyze sales patterns and demand changes and take proactive actions together with relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

•    A relevant educational background — for example Office Trainee, AP degree, or similar — combined with knowledge of logistics or supply chain management.
•    Experience in production planning is an advantage, but you may also be a recent graduate with the right mindset.
•    Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and keep an overview of multiple processes.
•    A collaborative and proactive attitude, with clear communication in both Danish and English.

What You'll Get from Us

•    A workplace that promotes from within and supports your learning through mentoring, training, and access to global development opportunities.
•    Flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work life balance — your well being matters to us.
•    An inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds feel respected and valued.
•    Competitive benefits, including annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more (specifics vary by country and contract).

This role is on-site in Nordborg.
