The Impact You'll Make
As our new Production Supervisor, you will lead the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations. You will be directly responsible for ensuring our products are built safely and efficiently."
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage production lines to achieve daily output and quality targets.
- Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams on equipment reliability and process standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety protocols and waste reduction using Lean methodologies.
- Work with shift leads and operators to ensure clear communication of production goals and safety requirements.
- Execute daily floor audits and performance tracking that supports our overall operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing leadership to deliver consistent operational results.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and manufacturing execution tools.
- Strong communication skills in professional and floor-level environments to drive engagement.
