As a Production Technician based in Nordborg, you play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and safe production of world‑class hydraulic motors and control units. Your work has a direct impact on product quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction worldwide.
You support the journey from prototype to serial production, working closely with colleagues across production, quality, and engineering. At the same time, you help drive continuous improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Introduce new products and variants into production to ensure smooth ramp‑up and stable processes
- Optimize and automate assembly processes and production flow to improve efficiency and capacity
- Improve cycle times, changeovers, and resource utilization to reduce downtime and waste
- Create and maintain process and quality documentation to support consistent production
- Actively contribute to Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives focused on SQDC
What We're Looking For
- A relevant technical education such as Production Technologist, Marine Engineer, or equivalent
- Hands‑on experience from a manufacturing environment, preferably within assembly
- Ability to work in a structured way with process optimization and technical documentation
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Fluency in Danish and professional working proficiency in English
