The Impact You'll Make
As our Production and Material Planner, you’ll play a key role in production plan and its followup to ensure OTD to customers, responsible for material planning and inventory management to ensure material availability and minimize E&O.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review demand forecast timely and generate production forecast.
- Review and prepare material purchase requests to ensure materials are ordered on time and track.
- Review and monitor RM inventory to control inventory target.
- Discover the material shortage at least one month in advance and keep related teams informed.
- Base on customer demand and inventory requirement to pull in or pull out material delivery, track material kitting status
- Perform all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, delivery for an optimum production sequence.
What We're Looking For
- Education background: Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years relevant experience of production planning, material planning, and inventory control
- Have experience on SAP with PP&MM module and office tools
- High sense of teamwork, good ability in communication.
- Positive working attitude to customer-oriented serving mind-set.
- Good at teamwork and collaboration with International team.
