The Impact You'll Make

Are you an ambitious professional ready to shape production performance in a fast-growing, green industry environment?

At Danfoss Climate Solutions, we design energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions that support sustainable development worldwide. As a Production Planner in our Grodzisk Mazowiecki plant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.

Your work will directly impact delivery performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will connect demand with production reality — turning forecasts and orders into structured, executable plans that keep the factory moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely order release and on-time delivery
  • Optimize production plans to maximize efficiency and balance available capacity
  • Use SAP to manage planning and scheduling activities, ensuring accurate and reliable data
  • Collaborate closely with the Material Management team to secure material availability
  • Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce lead times
  • Work with Customer Service to align production schedules with customer requirements
  • Support cross-functional collaboration within the plant and with other Danfoss sites globally
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within planning and operations

You will operate at the intersection of production, supply chain, and customer expectations — where analytical thinking meets operational execution.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a structured and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (preferably medium to large, internationally structured organizations)
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Even if you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and are always curious to discover new ways of thinking.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, life insurance, co‑financing for sports cards, private medical care with Luxmed, pension plan (PPE), personal insurance, and more.
