Program Managers leading a local or global cross functional project team over a period of time while initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing the project. Successfully deliver the business case. Lead or assist in developing and continuously improving processes, guidelines and tools for new product development
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch of new product and manufacturing according to the business case schedule.
Drive improved project transparency (Category reviews, deep dives, gate reviews, etc..)
Focus five performance goals + Milestone reviews on time.
Project baselines locked down in M1, hold M6 to capture lessons learned.
Critical path activities attainment.
Achieve expected quality level and rigor a deployment of standard work.
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in engineering/business required period.
Masters degree in engineering or business administration preferred.
PMP mandatory for PM III
