As our Project Coordinator you’ll play a key role in advancing next-generation power electronics and AC drive solutions by driving engineering projects that directly improve product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your work will help strengthen Danfoss Drives’ position as a global leader in energy-efficient technologies.

Working at the heart of the Product Engineering Center, you’ll connect cross-functional teams—from engineering and production to global stakeholders and customers—to turn insights into meaningful product improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Drive engineering projects across global and regional teams to deliver product improvements and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, quality, production, sales, and suppliers) to solve complex product challenges
  • Analyze AC drive systems and applications to identify issues and enable effective technical solutions
  • Support design enhancements by contributing to circuit and component redesign for improved performance and reliability
  • Resolve field issues by applying structured problem-solving and quality methodologies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in power electronics engineering and project coordination (typically 3–5 years)
  • Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components, circuits, and power systems
  • Hands-on exposure to quality tools, root cause analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Ability to analyze data and work confidently with tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment
