What You’ll Be Doing

• 1. Assist with project management:
   
  • Assist the project manager in developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks;
  • Track project implementation and compile weekly project reports, milestone documents, etc.
   
  2. Project data and document management:
   
  • Organize project materials, meeting minutes, technical documents and deliverables;
  • Establish and maintain a project archive to ensure standardized documents and traceable versions.
   
  3. Cross-departmental coordination and communication:
   
  • Assist in coordinating R&D, procurement, supply chain, production or external suppliers;
  • Follow up on task completion and drive issues to closure.
   
  4. Meeting support:
   
  • Be responsible for organizing project meetings, drafting meeting minutes and tracking action items;
  • Assist in preparing project reports, PPTs, flowcharts, etc.
   
  5. Process and quality support:
   
  • Participate in project process optimization, problem analysis and experience summarization;
  • Assist in project quality inspection, risk registration and proposing improvement suggestions.
   
  6. Ad-hoc task support:
   
  • Complete other supporting tasks assigned by the project manager or the team.

What We're Looking For

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in science or engineering;
• CET-4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English;
• Good execution ability, capable of cross-departmental communication and collaboration;
• Proficient in office software and eager to learn;
• Available for on-site internship at least 3 days per week and at least 6 months duration.
