As a Project Manager, Sales Transformation & M&A Integration, you will play a key role in driving strategic business initiatives that support the evolution of our commercial organization.
Your impact? By leading transformation projects, supporting post-merger integrations, and connecting sales processes with digital solutions, you will help create a more efficient, scalable, and data-driven organization. Your work will enable stronger collaboration across teams, improve business performance, and support long-term growth objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Digital, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams while driving projects that shape the future of our commercial organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate sales-related projects in a cross-functional, international environment
- Support Sales & Digital integration initiatives, including implementation activities related to potential M&As
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, digital, and business teams to drive alignment and project execution
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and analytical materials to support decision-making and portfolio governance
- Monitor project progress, analyze data, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones across the department project portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project management, preferably within sales, commercial, or business support functions
- Hands-on approach with the ability to drive projects from concept to execution
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and presentations
- Experience working in a complex, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders
- Very good communication skills and fluent English
