At Danfoss, we believe strong project leadership in Supply Chain Planning ensures efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Project Manager, Global SC Planning, to join our Global Supply Chain Planning team.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain projects, ensuring alignment across functions, regions, and stakeholders. Your leadership will be key in managing project scope, milestones, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams, fostering accountability, and driving improvements in processes and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, and Regional Supply Chain teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Define project scope, objectives, KPIs, and milestones, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and project management methodologies, leveraging tools such as Ishikawa, 5W, Lean, and Six Sigma principles (Green or Black Belt a plus).
  • Build and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance across diverse stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks, ensuring customer service, logistics cost optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency are continuously enhanced.
  • Report project status, achievements, and lessons learned to leadership and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects within global supply chain environments, with solid knowledge of planning, operations, and inbound processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain tools, project management methodologies, and process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5W, etc.).
  • Experience managing and motivating cross-functional, multidisciplinary, and multicultural teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and navigate multinational environments.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
